If something isn’t right with your order from NAMEDISUM, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging

• You must contact us within the 14-day window

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued either:

• As store credit, or

• Back to your original payment method

Please allow a few days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
